Our Intelligent Search product uses Microsoft’s Language Understanding Intelligence Services to interpret your customers’ intent in real time. Once the intent is known, the solution is able to interrupt the journey with a relevant feature or call-to-action (CTA). For example, postcode searches could show CTAs for current incidents and planned works, while searches for an 'Account Number' could take customers directly into an experience to retrieve theirs. 

Our Intelligent Search product can also be packaged up for implementation by your internal team or technical partner, while support and guidance is available from us as required.
